Located 4. 9 feet above sea level in Bürchen, on the south-facing slope of the Rhone valley, the Hotel Restaurant Bürchnerhof offers views of the alpine landscape. Most of the nicely furnished rooms feature a balcony. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool and a children’s pool. A hot tub and a sauna are also provided and massages are available on request. The Bürchnerhof can be found on the access road from Visp, Turtmann, Unterbäch, Törbel and Moosalp next to the bus stop, yet in a quiet location. Bürchen is perfectly suited for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Bürchen has a great ski area with 6 ski elevators. Surrounding cities like Zermatt, Saas-Fee and Montana can be reached within one hour by car.
