Der Steiermark Condominiums are located on Park Avenue on the south side of Breckenridge. The base of Peak Nine including the new Quicksilver Super6 Chairlift, are directly across the street, providing easy access to the slopes. Historic Main Street, Breckenridge is less than half a block away, with a myriad of shops and restaurants. The building is situated right between the Blue River and a walking path that winds through Breckenridge. A guests shuttle provides door-to-door transportation to any location in Breckenridge, including the new gondola at the base of Peak Seven. A short walk across the street will bring guests to the base area of Peak Nine and the Quicksilver Super6 Chair. Peak Nine is the least crowded of all of the areas of Breckenridge Ski Mountain and has runs and terrain parks for every level. The complimentary guest shuttle also provides door-to-door transportation to the Gondola at the base of Peak Seven. This Der Steiermark studio unit #108, one bathroom is approximately 320 square feet. This unit guests will enjoy a nice view of the Blue River, the Dredge Pond and downtown Breckenridge. Stay a step up from a hotel room with a wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and a small dining area. Recently remodelled, this beautiful studio now has new cabinets, new tile floors and granite counter-tops in both the kitchen and bathroom, and a new mounted flat screen TV.
