This apartment complex is located in the city centre of Sineu. It is a very intimate and cosy hotel, whose construction dates back many centuries, and was last modified in the 19th century, before becoming the apartment complex of today. Restaurant, bars, and nightclubs can all be reached in about 200 m, while the nearest public transport stop can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The transfer time to Son San Juan airport takes around 30 minutes. Constructed in the 16th century, this hotel consists of a main building and an annexe, both single-storey and with a total of eight apartments, including one suite. The family-friendly establishment features an inner courtyard, well-tended gardens where guests may relax and read, a terrace, and a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, and a currency exchange facility. Further facilities include a library, a bar, a TV lounge, a restaurant, and a breakfast room in the conservatory. When the weather is fine, guests may also breakfast on the terrace.
