Sheedy's Country House Hotel has true character and an intimate atmosphere. You will be made to feel perfectly at home in this 18th Century country house in Lisdoonvarna, close to Doolin in County Clare where John & Martina take great pleasure in welcoming their guests. Nearby attractions include the Burren, Doolin, the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher. John Sheedy is an award-winning chef whose cooking has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for the past number of years. John makes all the jams, marmalade and breads served at breakfast. For Dinner you can choose from the A La Carte Menu in Sheedy's fine dining restaurant or from the Bar Food Menu and relax by the fire. It is advisable to reserve your table in the Restaurant in advance. The restaurant is closed on Sundays for dinner.
