We’re excited to welcome you to a refreshed Banff Park Lodge, where all 211 guestrooms have been fully renovated as of May 2025. Designed with today’s traveler in mind, our updated rooms feature a modern mountain aesthetic, enhanced comfort, and thoughtful details — including private balconies, individual climate control, in-room coffee and tea, and cable television. Most rooms include two queen beds and can accommodate up to four guests.
Located in downtown Banff and surrounded by the natural beauty of Banff National Park, Banff Park Lodge is a full-service resort hotel offering everything you need under one roof. Guests enjoy one on-site restaurant, an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, 24-hour concierge service, heated underground parking, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and year-round mountain adventures just steps away.
We’ve made check-in easier than ever. Guests can now complete online pre-registration and download their digital room key before arrival — allowing for a smoother, contactless experience from the moment you arrive.
Please note: Renovations to public areas are ongoing and will continue until Fall 2026. We’re working hard to enhance our lobby and other common areas — all while minimizing any impact on your stay.
