Room Type: We offer small double bedrooms (with ensuite only, no kitchen or living area) and one/two-bedroom apartments (with living and kitchen area along with a sofa bed). Please confirm you’ve booked the correct option.

Age Policy: Guests must be 21 or over.

ID & Deposit: A copy of your photo ID (e. g. , driving licence) must be sent via WhatsApp: +44 7379 519031 or Email: reservations@baseservicedapartments. com by 5 PM on arrival day.
A £100 security deposit (not a payment) is required—call 0151 702 9222 or complete the authorisation form we’ll send after receiving your ID.

Check-in: From 3 PM, self-check-in. Details will be sent once ID and DEPOSIT are completed.

Check-out: By 10 AM. Leave keys in the black box downstairs.

No lift – 2 floors
Located above Cellar Pub, which plays live music until 12:30 AM on Fridays & Saturdays.
