The Sestriere alpine ski fields are some 800 m from the hotel, while cross-country skiing can be found around 300 m away. Shopping facilities are located in the town centre (500 m) or in Cesana, some 11 km away. The hotel comprises a residential complex of 2 buildings, located a short distance from each other, which contain a total of 244 apartments.
