Castro Hotel Syros is a luxurious five star hotel perfectly located in the heart of Ermoupolis town on an exquisitehistorical building. The stunning property was built on 1857 by George Greca a famous Greek architect of thetime and its colourful ceilings were painted by Italian artists creating a spectacular sight to impress the guestsof its original owner, a rich Italian landlord named Matias Barabino who placed his initials and year of creationon the property's balcony. Castro Hotel Syros was completely renovated in 2021 with its historical elementscarefully restored to welcome its refined guests to an accommodation experience of luxury and bliss. All nine room and suites at the magnificent Castro Hotel Syros feature a marvellous design with impressivecontemporary elements of sophistication and finesse blended with the grand Neoclassical architecture. Some of the rooms feature inspiring floor paintings that have been carefully restored reviving the past gloryof this magnetic building.
