After 500m, after the Kiss Kiss Bar, turn left towards Relais dell'Olmo, and follow signs for Olmo at the roundabout. From Cesena, follow E-45 towards Perugia and exit at Olmo-Ellera. Keep right until you reach the Kiss Kiss Bar, turn left towards Relais dell'Olmo, and follow signs for Olmo at the roundabout.
