Just half an hour's drive from Malaga airport (less than three hours' flying time from the UK), the beguiling hillside resort of Macdonald La Ermita is situated in the beautiful Andalucían village of Mijas. Widely known as 'the white village', Mijas presents a timeless image of traditional whitewashed houses, whose balconies are ablaze with a profusion of red geraniums.
