The modern and bright apartments have tiled floors and wooden furniture. They are all located in the same building and can be either studios or apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Some units include a private balcony or patio.

Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of their own fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Some of them come with a separate dining area.

The Residence is 45 km from the Baroque city of Lecce. Other sites of the Salento region, such as Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, are all within one hour's drive of the hotel.
