Each of the eight newly built (2004-2005) residences features a private pool (two types available) and is fully equipped with a kitchen, direct telephone line, radio, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, balcony, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite television, internet access, refrigerator, safety deposit box, and dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of room service for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (extra charge). The central building houses the reception area, a bar, and two apartments. Additional amenities include a currency exchange facility and a playground.
