Your room will be available from 3 p. m. on the day of arrival until 11 a. m. on the day of departure. Our reception is open from 6:30 a. m. to 10 p. m. If you wish to arrive later, we will be happy to accommodate you upon prior registration and payment. The city of Offenbach will levy a tourism tax of EUR 2 per person per night from April 1, 2026. This must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival and is not included in the room price.
