The original structure dates back to the 1400s, and over the centuries, the Monastery has been the refuge first for the confraternity of St. Roch, then the Dominican Monks, the Servants of Mary and finally the Cistercian Monks. Its 36 rooms and suites, once the ancient cells of monks and priors, tell stories of a distant past.
