The main building of the Hotel is part of the Alella's history, Can Balcells, a mid-nineteenth century house, known as "Casa Xina", where Cavas Signat was located.
Arrey Hotels has recovered part of this story, making a careful renovation and transformation of the house and their cellars.
There is cafeteria and restaurant, which covers an array of gastronomic options such as daily menu, tapas, a la carte delicate dishes from a Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal ingredients. All of them accompanied by a careful selection of wines and cavas to enjoy a magical gastronomic moment.
