Minot hosts several popular annual events, including the North Dakota State Fair in late July, Motor Mania on Labor Day weekend, and the Norsk Hostfest, a large Scandinavian festival held each October. Other attractions, such as the Roosevelt Park Zoo, are a short drive away. Pet-friendly rooms are available for a fee of $15 per pet, per day; please call ahead to reserve.
