Local legend suggests Torrey, Utah, was named after one of Theodore Roosevelt's Rough Riders, Colonel Torrey. The area is renowned for its hiking trails, numerous lakes, excellent fishing, and spectacular views of blue skies and red canyon country stretching beyond the Colorado River. Please note: The pool is closed annually from January 28th through February 3rd.
