With 39 unique and beautifully decorated bedrooms as well as extensive wedding and event facilities, it is the perfect destination for weddings, conferences, business trips and even romantic weekend breaks. Our brand new King and Lamb Restaurant, pays homage to legendary royal chef Patrick Lamb who built the country house in 1690, cooking for the likes of Queen Anne and King James II. The lives of Patrick Lamb's regal clientele have been ingrained in the design of the restaurant's interior space. Lavish fabrics, stunning hand-crafted lighting and antique ornaments combine seamlessly with hardwood floors and modern fixtures to create an eclectic and ambient setting to enjoy a menu inspired by his signature style, combining simple and traditional British cuisine with French flavours and cooking methods. The hotel is pet friendly and accepts dogs in the standard garden and gatehouse rooms at £30 per stay.
