The residence is ideally located in the Reberty area, 2 km away from the village centre and entertainment options. It welcomes guests, at an altitude of 2000 m, to the largest ski area in the world. There are bars, pubs, nightclubs and a bus station about 2 km away in La Croisette.

The apartment hotel features 46 apartments with a traditional local style. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception service, Internet access and a car park and garage (parking fees apply).

Each apartment varies in size with a spacious lounge, satellite/cable TV, shared en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a balcony. Rooms are furnished with double beds.
