The hotel is located right on Boothbay Harbor, where lobster and fish boats operate daily. On the waterfront in the heart of scenic Boothbay Harbor, the hotel offers 64 rooms and suites facing the water, a full-service restaurant, the Marina Lounge and Café with weekend/seasonal entertainment, and a sheltered marina with seasonal and transient slips and moorings. The hotel is air conditioned, and the lobby offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service.
