Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas lies on the northern tip of the island of Phuket, a long stretch of golden beach fringed by lush national park. Pool villas are clustered around a lagoon in Southern Thai village style, offering private oases at our Phuket resort.

83 pool villas set around a tranquil lagoon, and 30 pool pavilions located in the adjacent tropical gardens of Avani+ Mai Khao.
Enhancement Notice:
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our resort, a refurbishment program will take place from 16 August until early November 2026. During this period, one building located on the south side of the resort will be temporarily taken out of inventory to allow for façade repainting and corridor resurfacing. In addition, our south side reception area will be undergoing a refresh between Sep 8 and Oct 16, whilst the north reception will remain operational. La Sala restaurant will be closed from Sep 1 to Oct 15 to carry out some scheduled maintenance and facility enhancement. During this period, our guests will find Tiffin's favourites at Talad restaurant. This phased approach ensures minimal disruption to the overall guest experience. Additionally, the tennis courts will be temporarily unavailable from Aug 16 to Sep 30 while enhancement works are carried out.
All other resort facilities will remain fully operational throughout this period. The south side pool will continue to be available; however, for enhanced comfort and tranquillity, we recommend guests enjoy the north side pool as an alternative.
