The property is about 20 km from the port city of Volos, 15 km from the beach and a few minutes from the village's main square, with traditional cafes and tavernas. Perched at an altitude of 650 m, with views of the Pagasitikos gulf, Agios Lavrentios is a region of unique beauty which has kept its old charm with stone houses, imposing mansions, cobblestone lanes and fountains. It offers many outdoor activities such as horse riding in the beech and chestnut tree forest, hiking and mountain biking. This 19th-century oil mill converted into a luxury guesthouse has retained its traditional features with great attention to detail.
