Located in the beautiful village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, the family-run Hotel Steiger is surrounded by the scenic Hohe Tauern National Park. The Wildkogel Ski Arena is 600 meters away, and a free ski shuttle is provided. All rooms are decorated in a modern style with traditional Alpine elements and feature cable TV and free WiFi. Each room has a balcony. The 200 m² spa area features a sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation room, and a swimming pond with a sunbathing lawn. New additions include infrared loungers and a soft sauna, both crafted from pine wood. Massages are available upon request. A cross-country ski run is right next to the hotel. The Gerlos High Alpine Road and the Krimml Falls, Europe's highest waterfalls, are 10 km away. From mid-May to mid-October, the Nationalpark Sommercard is included in the rate, offering many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars, buses, and trains.
