The hotel enjoys a superb location near the centre of Eski Foca, which is a 5-minute walk away. Izmir is around an hour's drive from the hotel and the Port Beach Club is 7 km away. Izmir-Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 100 km from the hotel.

This sophisticated boutique hotel dominates the ruins of Beskapilar Fortress and enjoys spectacular views over the Aegean. The décor is stylish and has a modern Ottoman feel. The air-conditioned beach hotel has a total of 11 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby/lounge area, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a newspaper stand, cloakroom and currency exchange. There is a TV lounge, bar and à la carte restaurant and guests will appreciate the wireless Internet access available throughout the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (both for a fee). Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. All rooms are named after the colonies of the ancient Phocaeans who inhabited this coastline.
