"Tradition and comfort in a 16th century building. History and tradition fill up this wonderful hotel. It was built in the 16th century, when it was part of the cathedral's canonry. Afterwards, it was managed by the Church until the 19th century, until the expropriation of the ecclesiastic properties started.
All this historic past is perfectly reflected on its stays and corners: its rooms are filled with charm thanks to the cosy decoration and its exceptional services; also stand out the restaurant, where tradition and avant-garde join to offer lovely dishes; and the café, which is perfect to have a drink while enjoying its summery terrace at the sun."
