In the busy market town of Stokesley, OYO The Leven is just 10 minutes' drive from the North Yorkshire Moors. Chapters has been serving the public since at least 1793 when the building was the Golden Lion inn. Guests can dine in The Market Bar & Grill, and in summer the terrace overlooking the River Leven is available for dining or drinks and the bar serves a broad range of beers, whiskeys and cocktails. The rooms have modern decor, private bathrooms and plasma TVs with Freeview. A hairdryer and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries are also included in the room. Chapters is 30 minutes' drive from the centers of Middlesbrough, Darlington and Northallerton. Thirsk and the World of James Herriot is a 25-minute drive from the hotel while Ripon and Fountains Abbeys are 40 minutes away. Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9. 0 for a two-person trip. Note- Reception is open from 2 pm.
