Avra  House is no exception providing all the features and comfort for a memorable holiday. The location means that car hire certainly would not be necessary; all amenities are just a stones throw away. Avra House is found on the rear road running parallel to the water front in the same grounds as its sister property Theano Cottage, if you are a large group the two together would make an excellent choice.A large spacious house built on two levels, it is decorated throughout in cool shades set off by doors and shutters in traditional Ionian green. Large verandahs lead off all the rooms through glass patio doors.  Inside, the house is cool and designed for relaxed living. Bedrooms are spacious, airy and uncluttered, with high ceilings, built in wardrobes and well designed bathrooms. Local materials have been used to create an elegant and dramatic effect. The separate kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped to make catering a pleasure.The views from the verandahs are stunning, the impressive natural channel of Gaios with an array of boats and yachts, Saint Nicholas Island creates a back drop and beyond sparkling waters of the sea the mountains of Epirus stand regally.
