The hotel is located just 1.7 km from Junction 4 of the M6, 4.8 km from the NEC/Birmingham International Airport and it is just a 17-minute train ride to Birmingham City Centre from Coleshill Parkway. The other closest airports include West Midlands International (about 33 km), East Midlands (53 km), London Luton (130 km), Ringway International (139 km) and Liverpool John Lennon (163 km).

The bar and restaurant offer seasonal menus, with a wide selection of modern and traditional British favourites, from the all morning breakfast' to hearty main courses and lighter snacks, complimented by real ale, carefully selected wine, and speciality teas and coffees.
