All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel or property. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking unless the property offers pay-at-hotel options.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed before you complete your booking. Free cancellation deadlines are shown in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made after the free cancellation deadline may incur charges as specified in the booking policy.

4. Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate guest information at the time of booking. The lead guest must present valid identification at check-in. Any additional charges incurred at the property (minibar, room service, damages) are the responsibility of the guest.

5. Limitation of Liability

OBO Travel acts as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or condition of the accommodation. Our liability is limited to the booking service we provide.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share your information with accommodation providers as necessary to fulfil your booking.
