Upon check-in, all guests are required to present a valid form of identification for verification. If identity cannot be verified, accommodation may be denied.
In accordance with the Civil Act and the Juvenile Protection Act, guests under the age of 19 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by a legal guardian (parent or court-appointed guardian recognized by law).
[Group Booking Cancellation Policy Exception Notice]
Reservations for five (5) rooms or more at the same hotel for the same check-in date may be classified as group bookings. Separately made reservations may also be considered group bookings if multiple bookings are received at the same time or appear to be made by the same party.
For reservations classified as group bookings, the hotel may request immediate payment, which must be completed within 48 hours of the request.
• If payment is completed within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be converted to a non-refundable and non-amendable condition from the time of payment.
• If payment is not completed within the required timeframe, or if the guest cannot be contacted or does not respond, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
This policy is implemented to ensure efficient inventory management and stable reservation operations. Please take this policy into consideration when making a reservation.
