Cancellation Policy of Festive period 20 Dec - 05 Jan inclusive:
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- 100% deposit with nonrefundable is required 90 days prior to arrival date. Booking confirm less than 90 days prior to arrival date, the full payment with nonrefundable is required upon confirm booking.
- Cancellation requests received within 90 days or less of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount plus service charge and government tax.
- No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the total reserved stay plus applicable taxes and service charges.

- Gala dinner on New Year's Eve is mandatory at THB 17, 500+17. 7% per person
- Gala dinner on New Year's Eve is mandatory at THB 8, 750+17. 7% per child (age 5-11 years old) and complimentary for below 4 years old.
