Overview
This two-story detached house was built around 1910 in a residential area, 400 meters from the historic center of Fano and 900 meters from the sea. A tall, dense hedge separates it from the public road. A driveway gate and a small iron gate lead to the 200 sq m garden, equipped with a wood-burning oven, fireplace, fountains, marble tables, and chairs, and adorned with cypress, laurel, pine, olive, and other trees. The built-up area of the property (approximately 200 sq m) comprises a large hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room with marble floors, study, bathroom, and garage on the ground floor. Twenty steps lead from the hallway to the sleeping area on the first floor. The property is occupied by the owner.
