Best Western Plus Hotel Groningen Plaza is situated at the intersection of the A7 and A28, yet it is in a nature area. The location makes our hotel the ideal basis for business stays, but also for more leisurely visits to the city and the area around Groningen. Parking is free of charge and from Friday to Sunday you can use the free shuttle service to the city centre (due to COVID-19 temporarily not available). The hotel has 121 rooms, a large number of which have a view of lake Hoornsemeer. The lake is a wonderful place for sailing, cycling and walking; the hotel offers E-boat rental, bicycle rental and maps of walking routes are available. After a good sailing trip, a walk or bike ride you can enjoy the hotel's pool, leaving you fully refreshed for a special culinary dinner in restaurant Meerwold.
