The hotel is located between Béziers and Sète, in the centre of Cap d'Agde, with direct access to the marina with its numerous restaurants and shops, and it is close to the beaches. At just 50 m from the marina, it offers an outstanding location for visitors to the area. It is some 60 km from Montpellier's Mediterranée Airport and approximately 363 km from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. The property was completely renovated in 2008. The 80 apartments, all attractively appointed, look out over the swimming pool, the marina or the city, and some also benefit from a beautiful terrace.
