Luchon is linked to the ski domain of Superbagnères by gondola (8 minutes) and by road (18 km). At its highest, the property lies 2260 m above sea level.

This ski hotel comprises 2 5-storey residences (with lifts) divided into 107 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, Internet access (charges apply), a car park and covered garage parking (the latter for an additional fee). The residence is disability-friendly.

Apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are available. The apartments all come with a private bathroom with a shower. They are equipped with a TV and a kitchenette with a microwave and a dishwasher. All units also feature a balcony.

Guests arriving by road should take the A71 motorway via Limoges and Toulouse, then continue on the A64. Exit the motorway at Montrejeau/Luchon (junction 17) and follow signs for Luchon. On exiting Luchon, follow signs for Espagne (Spain) and take a left at the entrance to St. Mamet. On reaching the church, take the road on the left and the residence is located 500 m further on, on the left.
