The name of this country house hotel refers to the island's first settler, Prince Stafilos, who was son of Dionysos and Ariadne and grandson of Minoa. The resort is a great example of fine Greek architecture and the building is constructed to reflect the whiteness of the old houses of Skopelos town and the dark brown wood and stones that come from the Pilion area.
