Anderson City Flats is a building with 4 tourist apartments in Valencia, the ideal accommodation choice thanks to their location in the old town of Valencia, in one of the liveliest and most popular squares in the El Carmen district. This building, which was inaugurated in 2011 and fully refurbished in December 2022, offers spacious and modern apartments which are fully furnished and equipped. We have 1-bedroom apartments and loft-style 1-bedroom apartments with private terrace with maximum capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Both apartment types are fully equipped (open kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 32” LED TV, bathroom with amenities and cleaning service everyday) and are the ideal choice for couples and families.
